How am I billed when I add new members to the account?
We'll reach out to you politely and ask to add the funds for the additional agents.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal, Visa and Mastercard. All payments use the Paypal Gateway at this time.
What if I have multiple websites?
No problem, the genius plan allows you up to 3 domains.

More conferencing hours means that you are happy with Consolto! Let's upgrade to the next plan.
What happens if I pass the plan limits?
Consolto will never cut your license in the middle. We'll send you a polite not and ask that you upgrade to the next plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You may cancel your subscription any time by going to the Consolto dashboard ==> personal settings ==> Pencil ==> Cancel (at the bottom).
What is your refund policy?
We don't give refunds on processed payments. That's why we offer a free trial, so that you can make sure Consolto is right for your business before committing.
