- Pay-and-book feature is here!  This way you will see lower no-show rates while increasing revenue (thanks to a more streamlined flow)

- Larger group meeting with up to 24 streams talking concurrently. (a stream refers to either a camera or screensharing stream)

- New website! We just re-branded Consolto's website. Enjoy :)

As for the Dynamic Forms – before this release, the form details were pre-defined by us. Now, the contact information in order to start a chat or a call as well as the regular contact form and appointment submission forms – can be customized with your own fields 🤩

a) Can I still use the old Consolto widget design? Unfortunately no, the new widget provides everything the old one does, with improvements in the design, of course.

b) Will this change require anything on my behalf? Nope 😊

c) Will my current colors automatically be transferred to the new design? ABSOLUTELY!

We’re here to announce another batch of enhancements to Consolto, to make your 2022 meetings even more impactful.

Two REALLY SIGNIFICANT 🚀🚀🚀 updates coming soon -- Widget UI uplift and the so-anticipated iOS app 📲.

The UI uplift will be launched mid-January and will impact the Widget and ClickNTalk.

Spoiler alert!! This is what your widget will look like soon (another announcement will be sent upon launch of this new widget)

New features already live:

1. 🔍🔍 Search over your entire chat and engagement history. Find contacts and conversations with a swift search flow located in the chat center.

2. 📋📋📋 Make chat history fully available for your customers (and not only last 30 minutes which is the default): Widget Center >> Advanced Settings >> Chat History

3. 📆 Appointment scheduling:

✅ Auto-approval flow lets your customers select only available timeslots from your calendar. ✅ Added cancellation reason to meeting cancellation flow
