Like other communication apps and platforms, Consolto also offers the option to be either: available, busy, or offline.

Here is how it works:

If you choose the green option, you’ll be marked as “available”, and it’ll be shown on your website as shown below.

If you choose the yellow option, you’ll be marked as “busy”, and it’ll be shown on your website as follows:

If you choose the black option, you’ll be marked as “offline”, and it’ll be shown on your website as follows:

In case the network has disconnected you'll see a "disconnected" label
