Consolto's integrated video call technology is embedded within the Consolto widget. 

It allows your clients to start web-conference sessions with you as easy as clicking a button. 

Once a client starts a videochat with you from the plugin, they will see a "connecting" message and a request from the browser to approve their camera and microphone.

At the same time, your dashboard will ring and show a call message:

If you answer the call, the videochat will start immediately.

If you decline the call, your client will be kindly asked to leave a message or schedule a meeting.
